It
is the year 3050. While doing research at the Intergalactic Library on
Dodbghit, you and your team of histobrians* find an article about The
Academy of American Writers. It seems that in 2005, the Academy selected
Shirley Jackson as The Outstanding Writer of the 20th
Century. After spending several hours reading, you and your team of
histobrians have decided that the world should know about this gifted
writer.
*A
librarian specializing in literary history; a job that developed in the
late 23rd century.

The
Intergalactic Society of Histobrians will celebrate “Shirley Jackson
Month” in July. Your
company has been selected to create and advertise the event.
You
must decide which stories and novels to make available to the public and
write plays based on them. In many ways the intergalactic citizens in
3050 are not very different from Americans in 2002.
There are, of course, some differences.
