I Remember

I remember when I took my first baby step

Flailing my arms in the air trying to keep my balance

I remember the first time I looked out of the window

and saw the world as it was

I remember when I spoke my first words

and everyone though it was cute

I remember when I learned to ride a bike

But though I’d never stay on

I remember the first time I visited my grandparents

I remember every little thing
